Due to COVID-19, there may be delays in manufacturing and order processing. Our team works hard to have all orders dispatched as quickly as possible and we expect all orders to be dispatched within 2-4 weeks of the posted date. Most of the items are made to order, which is also good for the environment as it prevents mass production.

You will receive a tracking number at your email address after shipping. We apologize for any delays and thank you for your patience and support. If you have any problems with the delivery, please send us an email to service@mindfeederz.shop.

It can take 24-48 hours for the tracking to be updated. In addition, the shipment tracking is not always up-to-date with the respective courier services.

Postage and packaging costs vary by zone. We ship with DHL GoGreen.

Germany - 6.50 euros.
EU - 12.50 euros
International - 17.50 euros

International orders can take up to 2-4 weeks as delays may occur due to pandemic restrictions.

We are not responsible for any customs duties that may apply to international orders. The customer is fully responsible for all fees set by his country's customs office.

Should an international order be returned to us due to lack of a complaint, we will contact you to arrange a re-delivery or a credit on the website . As mentioned in our returns policy, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges.

Return Policy
German customers have a fourteen-day right of withdrawal. Please note the details on the right of withdrawal. Before sending a return, please contact us at service@mindfeederz.shop or note the information on returns. Shipping and return costs are to be borne by the buyer.

All sales to the EU or international are final. We only accept exchanges for products with problems, no refunds. (Mindfeederz Store does not cover shipping for exchanges). Once an order has been placed, we cannot refund it.

If something is wrong with your order and parts are defective, just send us an email with your name and order number. Tell us what was wrong with the order and we will take care of it immediately.

Lost packages are usually the result of entering the wrong address, moving, etc. In this case, we will contact you via email to confirm your address and resend your package (at the buyer's expense). If we do not receive a response after 14 days, we will refund your order.
